About strength and diplomacy :-)

In view of the various country crises around the world, I would venture that most diplomats do not deserve half their salaries. As a hint, it is all about managing bullies without being one. It takes strength without violence, also real strength, and it takes it from all, as oppose to the few who call themselves leaders.
